First off, a couple of webcomics I've been meaning to plug for some time now, and keep forgetting.

Joe and Monkey is awesome. Duh, it has a monkey in the name even.

College Roomates From Hell!!! is something I kept putting off reading, not knowing what it was. I've fixed that problem, and I do not regret it.

I'd link to Nothing Nice to Say, cause Mitch Clem rocks, but he seems to be moving at the moment. Ah well, he'll post more goodness when he settles in, and I'll link him then.

In other news...

My cellphone which was recently left in the wash,

appears to have returned from the dead. I have no

idea how it survived that adventure, but once dried out it started up fine. We'll see if it lasts.

Last but not nearly least, I hung out with a bunch of Chicago artists this past week. Something I plan to do regularly from now on. I learned things I'd not known about Orson Welles. Funny, funny things...

Along those lines, I highly reccomend the movie "F for Fake" as a portrait of insanity. My favorite line in the movie... "Winter." Made 10 times funnier afterwards by hearing the outtakes from an attempt to record a Peas commercial. "Meaningless, Impossible!" Do a google search for Orson Welles peas commercial, and you'll see what I mean.
