Based on the response to the current shirt, we're not gonna bother printing it. I was afraid this was gonna happen, but it's probably for the best. You guys want character shirts it seems, and I've been hesitent to do them in anything less than full color. I've looked into a few ways of doing them in 2-3 colors, and some of the ways I've seen look pretty cool. I'm going to work out something along those lines after the convention push is done, and we'll have it printed up after the con.

Steve is working on replacing that image above with the one for the book preorder, so check back soon.

Thanks

I'll be linking to this again in a few weeks once it's officially started, but I'm an impatient and forgetful linker at times.

Phil Foglio is one of my all-time favorite artists, and he is for all intents and purposes, about to start a webcomic! WOO!!

I first noticed Phil's work on some of the early Magic: The Gathering cards, back when I was working in a comic shop in the early 90's (yeah I'm getting old). There's a wonderfully twisted sense of humor to his work that I find absolutely fantastic. I must admit I've never read some of his more famous works, such as Buck Godot: Zap Gun For Hire, though I remember hearing about them from many sources back in the day. But I did manage to get ahold of a couple What's New? collections before the store closed for good, and they absolutely rocked. I keep running into his work in various places, as I'm sure quite a few of you do too. The guy's fairly prolific.

Apparently he went and started up a new series some time ago and I can't believe I'm just now finding out about it. It's called Girl Genius, and it's awesome.

If you haven't already noticed, I'm a huge steampunk fan. Magic and technology set against Victorian Age architecture be fine candy to me. Radioactive Panda is set in a similar sort of world, though that hasn't been made all that clear yet. It will be, given time.

In the meantime, Girl Genius is a much more fleshed out and realized such world to gorge yourself on. And after a number of print issues, Phil and Kaja have decided to do the amazing and turn it into a webcomic!

This makes me giddy. Sadly, we have to wait till April 18th for the official start. But they've got preview pages from the previously released issues, and it's well worth checking out.

So Go now!

Just finished posting the stuff for the book. I'm happy that Eric decided to not bother with the shirts right now. He should be concentrating on the comic first, merchandise some time later.

I also added the missing guest strips to the gallery...

That's all I got...
